There are over 2,500 dental people working for Oasis to provide our patients with high quality treatment and customer service, whatever their dental need.

We aim to have the best dental care professionals and all our clinicians are selected for their skills and experience and ability to meet the Oasis commitment to putting patient care first.

In addition to our general dentists, we also have a network of dental specialists, as well as hygienists, dental therapists and dental nurses - all providing quality care treating patients in Oasis practices across the UK.

Our practice and central support teams are there to ensure that our clinicians are fully supported and that our patients received the best possible service in a relaxed and friendly environment.

biography:
Justin joined Oasis in May 2008 and has since set out his vision to build the UK’s first national dentistry brand, serving both NHS and private patients. Prior to joining Oasis, Justin was managing director of Lloyds Pharmacy. He has held senior positions in the service and retail sector including general manager of KFC in the UK and Ireland, and commercial director of Allied Domecq Spirits and Wines Europe.

biography:
Alison joined Oasis in March 2011. She is responsible for all aspects of HR and People Development across the business. Prior to joining Oasis Alison has worked in the Healthcare, Technology and Hospitality Industry sectors. She has extensive experience of HR in the business start up phase, organisation design and development as well as the day to day management of HR Operations. Her career has taken her across the world, living and working in a number of European, Middle East and Asian Countries.

biography:
Julian joined Oasis in January 2011. In addition to his appointment as Clinical Director, Julian continues to practice 1 day a week in his own practice. Julian’s focus within the business will be to support and assist Oasis clinicians in their clinical and financial development. Previously Julian established 12 squat practices, managed a corporate dental business, worked for the "big four banks" advising on restructuring healthcare businesses and for the last 20 years assisted over 400 practices with development and improved profitability. He has worked within hospital, community, NHS and private practice.

biography:
David joined Oasis in July 2011, with the primary responsibility of running our practices with a particular focus on supporting our dental and practice teams in delivering high quality care to our patients. David is also responsible for our marketing department, marketing our practices and brand. Prior to joining Oasis, David has worked in the hospitality and leisure sector, most recently as Chief Operating Officer of Esporta Health Clubs.

biography:
Charles joined Oasis in December 2010. He is responsible for Finance, IT, Purchasing and Company Secretarial services. Over the last 20 years he has been Group Finance Director in various multi site businesses and has extensive experience of working with Private Equity. Latterly he was responsible for turning around Craegmoor Healthcare, a large residential care provider. He believes passionately in building a successful healthcare business which delivers excellence in patient care.
