There are over 2,500 dental people working for Oasis to provide our patients with high quality treatment and customer service, whatever their dental need.

We aim to have the best dental care professionals and all our clinicians are selected for their skills and experience and ability to meet the Oasis commitment to putting patient care first.

In addition to our general dentists, we also have a network of dental specialists, as well as hygienists, dental therapists and dental nurses - all providing quality care treating patients in Oasis practices across the UK.

Our practice and central support teams are there to ensure that our clinicians are fully supported and that our patients received the best possible service in a relaxed and friendly environment.

biography:
Justin joined Oasis in May 2008 and has since set out his vision to build the UK’s first national dentistry brand, serving both NHS and private patients. Prior to joining Oasis, Justin was managing director of Lloyds Pharmacy. He has held senior positions in the service and retail sector including general manager of KFC in the UK and Ireland, and commercial director of Allied Domecq Spirits and Wines Europe.

          

Nadia
Mulliner
Acquisitions & Estates Development Director
biography:
Nadia Mulliner plays a key role in the growth of Oasis through expanding the network of Oasis practices via Acquisitions and Mergers and transforming our existing practices through Project Phoenix. She has extensive experience in healthcare, having spent the last ten years in a variety of senior roles at Lloyds Pharmacy, culminating in her last position as director of acquisition property and development. Immediately prior to joining Oasis in 2008, Nadia spent a few months working in a Nepalese orphanage.

biography:
Grahame joined Oasis in January 2009 and has primary responsibility for defining and communicating the values of the Oasis brand to all the company’s audiences. He is responsible for the running, recruiting and marketing of Oasis practices with a focus on supporting our dental people in providing high quality care to as many people in the UK as possible. Prior to joining Oasis, Grahame was innovation director at United Biscuits (UB). His previous roles include UK marketing director at Allied Domecq.

Best
Strategic Services Development Director
biography:
Caron Best joined Oasis in 1999 at a time when Oasis had 12 practices. She has undertaken a number of field based roles in both the operations and commercial divisions of the organisation and now has responsibility for NHS growth and Oasis’s unique Pursuit of Excellence quality programme.

I have progressed from clinical lead to Head of Clinical Services for the company which is currently looking after 180 practices. I still practice on a Monday and alternate Saturdays in Towcester.
