The Oasis Clinical Support Team are on hand to provide help and support to all of our dentists. The Clinical support team are in regular contact with associates and provide face-to-face support, mentoring, clinical advice and personal development.

In addition to this, the team are responsible for the audit and guidance of all clinical standards across Oasis and its practices, to ensure that we deliver the highest possible levels of care to our patients.

We also have a range of HR, recruitment, marketing and financial teams to support our dentists.

biography:
Julian joined Oasis in January 2011. In addition to his appointment as Clinical Director, Julian continues to practice 1 day a week in his own practice. Julian’s focus within the business will be to support and assist Oasis clinicians in their clinical and financial development. Previously Julian established 12 squat practices, managed a corporate dental business, worked for the "big four banks" advising on restructuring healthcare businesses and for the last 20 years assisted over 400 practices with development and improved profitability. He has worked within hospital, community, NHS and private practice.

Hello, I am Robin Bryant, Regional Clinical Services Advisor for the NE region. I am a general practitioner based in Melton Mowbray, my home town. I love being a dentist and enjoy the full range of dental challenges that general practice brings. I take referrals for general dentistry, endodontics and Invisalign. I am always at the end of the phone if people need any help or advice - and if I don't know the answer I probably know someone who does. If you are a dental clinician you are welcome to refer patients to me. If you are an existing or potential new patient, please feel free to contact me at the practice if I can be of any help.

Since joining the Towcester practice in 1998 I have worked in general practice. Additionally I have progressed to my current role as Head of Clinical Services but still practice 1 1/2 days per week.

biography:

Neil qualified from the University of Sheffield in 1998. He joined the practice as a Vocational Trainee and has developed a "Programme of Care for Anxious Patients" since then. In the twelve years Neil has been with the practice, he has cared for over 3,500 anxious patients, most treatments with conscious (IV) sedation.

Neil believes passionately in caring for nervous patients and helping newly qualified and Foundation Dentists to manage anxious patients. This extends into his work as a Regional Clinical Services Advisor within Oasis Dental Care and Honorary Clinical Teacher at The University Of Sheffield.

Neil also enjoys providing Invisalign and offers free consultation appointments at the practice.

biography:

I qualified in 1981 and then worked in Hertfordshire for three years before moving to this practice in 1984. I worked part-time at West Hill Hospital Orthodontic Dept until 1996. I have also been awarded an MFGDP RCS for postgraduate work.

I now work exclusively as a specialist in orthodontics, carrying out all types of fixed and functional treatment (including Damon and Invisalign)

I have recently been appointed Regional Clincal Services Advisor for Oasis for the South East area.

biography:

Frances has worked in Lymm for over ten years, maintaining continuity for her regular patients. She practices dentistry in a relaxed fashion, with an eye for detail and final cosmetics. She is particularly skilled with those patients of a nervous disposition and has great results from her relaxation techniques. She works closely with John Moorhouse restoring dental implants and working with complex dental problems. Frances is a Scot and studied dentistry at Dundee University. She gained post-graduate experience in dental hospitals in London, Manchester, Edinburgh and Utrecht during which time she obtained, by examination, the Fellowship in Dental Surgery of the Royal College of Surgeons. In addition to her practice at Eagle Brow Family Dental Practice as the regional clinical advisor for the Oasis Dental Care, she is committed to ensuring patient focussed, high quality dental care across the company’s surgeries in the North West. She is also involved in organising continuing dental education within the NHS as a Post-Graduate Educational Advisor to NHS Stockport and NHS Manchester.

In her home life, Frances is married to Peter, a fellow Scot and Professor of Endocrinology at Manchester's Christie hospital, they have three children. She is a keen gardener and keeps back yard chickens, she is a prize winning photographer and depending on the season is to be found on skis or a road bike
